Description
When accuracy is paramount, the Maximum Proteus Aneroid Barometer has few equals. Temperature compensated to within .08″ of mercury, it is an accurate scientific-grade instrument if you are looking to take weather tracking and observing to the next level.
Measurements are taken over a four-inch scale of mercury (27.5-31.5″) and kilopascals (93.2-106.7), and are adjustable for any elevation up to 8000′. A cutaway dial window reveals an heirloom-quality French barometer movement.
