3. AI-Assisted Services and Communications

We use artificial intelligence and automated systems to support certain customer and operational interactions across Cirrusly Weather. These systems currently include Ben, our customer-facing AI assistant, and Hal, our AI-assisted operations assistant.

When you interact with Ben or communicate through AI-assisted channels, we may collect and process:

  • your messages and prompts;
  • your email address;
  • session identifiers;
  • page or site context;
  • order-related details;
  • support or return information;
  • uploaded materials;
  • other information you choose to provide.

If you are logged in or otherwise identified in our systems, we may also use relevant account or order information to personalize responses, help verify your identity, and support customer service tasks.

We use this information to:

  • provide conversational support and product guidance;
  • answer questions about orders, returns, shipping, support, and account issues;
  • retrieve or update customer-service information where appropriate;
  • route requests to the appropriate workflow or support channel;
  • send follow-up or service communications where applicable;
  • maintain session continuity;
  • protect the security, reliability, and quality of our systems.

We may also review and analyze chat and message content internally to improve our customer support operations, internal tools, and AI-assisted services.

We use the Anthropic API for certain commercial AI services. Anthropic states that commercial API inputs and outputs are not used for model training by default unless the customer explicitly opts in through feedback or similar choices.

We use observability and logging tools to help run and secure our systems, and we take steps to sanitize personal information in those workflows where appropriate.

Some communications may be generated entirely by AI, while others may be AI-assisted and reviewed, approved, or followed up on by a human team member. Not every interaction is reviewed by a human before a response is sent. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some circumstances.

If you send us emails or messages through channels that are monitored or assisted by AI, those communications may be processed for classification, drafting, routing, response support, and internal service improvement.

Uploaded photos or similar materials submitted in return workflows are used to support the return or evidence-review process.
