Cirrusly Weather: Ready for Launch in 3…2..1

Welcome to Cirrusly Weather—wait, thanks for being one of the first visitors! We’re excited to get things going. This store is an evolution of our original merch store on The Weather Station Experts.

Cirrusly – think seriously – Weather is squarely aimed at the weather enthusiast. We prefer that term over “weather weenie” — we think it sounds more dignified. 😀

You may be asking why The Weather Station Experts changed and went commercial. First, let me stress that nothing has changed. The site will not lose its editorial independence.

What is changing

You’ll see product links on TWSE point here when we mention products we carry, rather than Amazon (although we will still provide the option to purchase through Amazon instead).

We also desire to serve our readers more holistically than we can now. With a web store, we become officially licensed distributors of these brands. This allows us to offer better post-sale support should something go wrong.

While we’ve had very few problems, thankfully, we don’t like the lack of contact points for things like customer service issues.

But that’s not the only reason why we created Cirrusly Weather.

There’s just a lot of stuff here (think shirts, stickers, etc.) that isn’t appropriate for a weather station review website, but that a weather enthusiast will still like. I’ve been one all my life, which was why creating some of these designs was so easy.

The AM Weather collection is my favorite, BTW 🙂 Man, I miss that show!

Again, welcome to the site. This has been our long-term goal, and we’re glad to see it take off finally. We’ve tried to create something for everyone here, from the casual weather observer to the weather enthusiast.

We’re just getting started, so we’ll continue to add products as we grow, and based on your feedback. As a weather-enthusiast-owned business, we want to be responsive to this community.
