About Us
Cirrusly Weather is a family-owned and operated Pennsylvania-based online weather gear and apparel retailer. We are the same team behind The Weather Station Experts and the TWSE YouTube channel.
While you’ll see goods from many manufacturers here, our goal is to highlight American-based companies that are innovating in the weather instrumentation space, similar to what we’ve already done on TWSE. (If you’re a company that meets this description, we want to hear from you!)
If you’re local to us here in the Reading, Pennsylvania area, we are more than happy to meet in person to discuss your needs, and offer our expertise. We have over a decade of experience with home weather stations, including some challenging setups. You can find our physical address below.
In addition to our local warehouse, we collaborate with a network of suppliers that have warehouses located throughout the US. This helps us to serve most locations with faster delivery than if it had come from us here on the East Coast.
Our apparel is printed on demand by a network of printers to reduce “fast fashion” waste. We use Printify for this service.

Meet our founder
Ed Oswald
Ed Oswald has nearly two decades of experience in technology and science journalism, with a specialization in weather stations and smart home technology. He’s written for Digital Trends, PC World, and TechHive. His work has also appeared in the New York Times. In 2015, he began reviewing weather stations, and from 2014 to 2016, he attended Millersville University, where he studied under some of the top meteorology professors in academia.
Millersville taught him that he was happiest in a field he loved, so in 2021, he founded The Weather Station Experts, where he reviews top home weather stations. The TWSE YouTube channel was launched in the Summer of 2024, and 2025 Cirrusly Weather was born.
