About Our Move


As you might guess, a move while running a business at the same time isn’t easy. Unfortunately, that means we might not be as quick in processing orders and answering customer inquiries as we’d like to be.

Starting in early July, we began the process of relocating both our home and business. As we’re getting into the heart of the move, we feel it necessary to inform our customers of potential delays due to its complexity.

We ask for your patience: domestic orders may take up to an additional day (2-3 days total) to process, and international orders may require additional processing time (up to 1 week total). As you’d expect, there are periods where we’re less involved with moving, so this may not affect all orders placed.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday have a higher chance of being delayed, as we expect to be busier with moving-related tasks during the weekends. We recommend ordering Monday through Thursday for the fastest processing.

Replies from customer service may take more than 24 hours. We can not currently guarantee “same-day support” at this time, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We anticipate these issues to persist through at least mid-August. There may also be brief periods where we may need to”close” the shop to ensure we can adequately serve current customers. During this period, any active orders will still be processed normally.

There are many advantages to our move, including the potential for a better installation of our weather stations and lower overhead costs. The latter means better prices for you.
