ALERT: Delivery delays continue in the Eastern US: additional delays are expected due to weekend winter weather. MORE INFO

Winter Storm Service Alert

February 1 Update: Even though the storm has long passed, we are experiencing delays in orders intended for locations primarily in the Southeast, although travel issues exist throughout the Eastern US. We expect these delays to increase through the week due to additional winter weather and cold temperatures. Any East Coast delivery will likely be delayed by up to 2 days, depending on location.

Update: All orders delayed are expected to ship on Tuesday evening. We are reaching out to affected customers individually to alert them when their order ships. Thanks for your patience!

Due to the expansive winter storm occurring across the Eastern United States, including here at Cirrusly Weather HQ, we have temporarily suspended all shipping operations due to road conditions and service disruptions.

These issues will also impact customers nationwide, as the storm passes over key shipping centers across the Mid-South, which will cause further delays. At this time, given that many of our outgoing packages pass through these centers, we are expecting delays of at least 1-2 days at a minimum, which could be longer.

Based on current forecasts, Cirrusly Weather currently expects to be able to resume shipping operations by Monday evening, January 26. Orders received during the weekend will be processed and shipped in the order in which they were received.

We apologize for the delays and expect conditions to improve throughout the day on Monday, although delays while the package is en route are still expected throughout the week.

Customers are reminded that any processing time or shipping estimates are subject to change during adverse weather. We appreciate your business and stay warm!
