Where will my order ship from?
In addition to our own southeastern Pennsylvania warehouse, we have partnered with authorized distributors nationwide to reduce delivery times, particularly to locations on the West Coast.
In routing your order, we consider several factors, in this order:
- Your location in relation to warehouses with available stock,
- Availability of items in your order in these warehouses,
- Shipping speed selection, and
- Shortest delivery time.
You may wonder why we don’t prioritize the shortest delivery times in our process. That isn’t necessarily the case. If you have chosen free shipping, warehouses that can fulfill your entire or most of your order are given priority. Expedited shipping offers guaranteed transit times. If you have selected this option, we will always choose the closest and fastest methods by default.
We use this strategy to minimize our shipping cost, which in turn allows us to offer free shipping for relatively small orders, and not just larger orders like weather stations.
We’ve created the map below to show our warehouse locations. Depending on the item, USPS or UPS (and alternatively DHL for apparel and drinkware) will be the carrier.

Apparel orders are made to order and ship from a network of printers, except for select mugs, which are shipped from the Washington, D.C. area via USPS or DHL.
Do you offer international shipping?
Service to Canada has begun, and Mexico will follow later this summer. We hope to serve other countries once more clarity on tariffs becomes available, and if conditions allow, we plan to ship to our European friends later this year. We’d like to hear from you if you’re overseas. Let us know your location, and we’ll put it on our roadmap!
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through My Account if you have an account with us, and/or by visiting our Track Your Order page. You will need either your phone/e-mail and order number, or the tracking number provided in your shipment e-mail.
How much does shipping cost?
To simplify shipping, we have implemented a flat-rate shipping method based on cart value, beginning at $3.99. Any order over $60 qualifies for free standard shipping. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee starting at $14.99. Canadian shipping starts at $19.99 USD. All products in your cart must qualify for expedited shipping for it to appear as an option, which includes all weather stations and hardware. Apparel is currently available only at standard shipping speeds.

Why are certain methods unavailable for some cart totals?
Generally, we do not offer shipping methods for cart totals where the shipping cost exceeds 50% of the total cart value. It doesn’t make sense to provide a shipping method that costs almost as much or more than the item itself. For Expedited shipping to be available, cart totals must exceed $30, and international orders must exceed $40.
Will I need to select Expedited Shipping to receive my order quickly?
No. Depending on the product’s location, standard shipping may have the same transit time as expedited shipping would. However, expedited shipping offers “date definite” delivery dates, where your order is guaranteed to arrive by a specific date or earlier (carriers prioritize these packages during busy times or bad weather, delaying standard ground packages first). If you need an item by a particular date, we strongly recommend selecting Expedited Shipping.
What methods are used for Expedited Shipping?
We always use the fastest shipping method available, which is covered by our shipping fees. This will be either UPS Second Day Air or 3-Day Select, depending on your location, as opposed to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, which are used for standard shipping. In some cases, selecting Expedited Shipping may offer one-day shipping if the delivery is close enough to the warehouse.
To keep things simple, we offer only one expedited option. Faster shipping options for weather stations can be costly due to their size and weight, and they don’t provide considerably quicker transit times. However, we can arrange for faster shipping on an as-needed basis. Please get in touch with our support team for more details.
Why isn’t Expedited Shipping Available to me?
This can occur for several reasons:
Through early June: we are rolling out our expedited shipping option regionally. Expedited shipping may be unavailable in some areas.
- An item in your cart does not qualify for expedited shipping (apparel and accessories do not)
- Standard shipping offers similar transit times
What methods are used for Canadian shipments?
Canadian shipments are shipped via UPS Standard or Worldwide Expedited. This allows for service to most of southern Canada in similar times to domestic deliveries. The fastest shipping times will be for eastern Canada, whose provinces are closest to us.
How long does it take for orders to process?
All orders will be processed within two business days. Orders received after 2:00 pm ET will be processed on the next business day. With apparel, some of this processing time involves the actual production of your item. Please note that longer processing times may occur during holiday weekends. We will notify you on our site.
How long does delivery take?
Please see our chart below. An exact delivery date will be provided via email once your order has been fully processed.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have not been shipped may be canceled at no charge by contacting our support team. Refunds are processed immediately at the time of cancellation, but the speed at which you receive them depends on your bank’s policies. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a refund. All refund policies will apply. We strongly recommend reviewing our terms of service and refunds and returns policy before ordering, as they go into more detail.
