Order Processing Delays
7/24 Update: Processing times are currently averaging 36-48 hours.
Early Wednesday (7/23/25), we identified an issue causing delays in order processing. Most customers who have placed orders will still see their orders processed within 48 hours (our standard processing time). However, this issue may delay shipments for orders placed on or before the date of this notice, and occasionally through the weekend, as we ensure our fix is working as expected.
Without getting too technical, our automated process was missing a step, causing processing to stop or fail unexpectedly without warning. This required us to restart and submit it manually, sometimes necessitating the manual reentry of portions of the order so it submits to the warehouse correctly. We’ve worked with our platform provider to ensure that our processes are correct to prevent this from happening again.
We have deployed a permanent fix, as well as changed how our automated systems import orders, so that orders process correctly. This change also helps us work towards our goal of faster overall processing times.
We apologize to our customers who have been affected by this issue. This is not the experience we want to provide. But rest assured that we are aware of the problem and are working to improve our processes.
Given that this was an error on our part, we will reimburse any fees incurred as a result of these delays.
