International Returns Unavailable
Effective August 25, 2025, until further notice, we are unable to accept return or exchange requests from customers outside of the U.S. and its territories.
This change also affects our capability to provide timely refunds for international customers. As such, our refunds and returns policy has been temporarily suspended for international orders while we gather more information on how this affects our capabilities to serve customers outside of the United States.
We are taking this extreme step in response to actions by several postal services worldwide to suspend package shipments over a lack of clarity regarding the closure of the so-called “de minimis” tariff loophole.
This action most directly affects shipments from non-US retailers to US customers. We are unclear on how this affects packages from non-US customers to US businesses at this time, so we’ve decided to temporarily suspend our policy until we have clearer guidance.
While private services will likely still ship to the US with less disruption, shipping our products using these methods is cost-prohibitive. Therefore, no reliable cost-effective method exists in many countries to ship packages to the United States, making international returns very expensive until further notice.
This does not affect our ability to ship to you. We are currently unaware of any country suspending or slowing packages shipped from the United States.
We cannot provide an estimate of when we’ll be able to honor our refunds and returns policy for international customers. As a result, international orders made during this period are subject to the following policies:
- We cannot provide any financial assistance to use private carriers for returns due to cost.
- While we cannot honor the time frames provided in the refunds and returns policy, the spirit of the policy remains in effect.
- International orders requiring a return should email he**@*************er.com so we may add the customer to a list to notify when we’re able to accept returns again from the customer’s country.
- The 30-day return window starts from the date the customer’s home country resumes package shipments to the U.S., and the customer receives an e-mail from Cirrusly Weather notifying them of such a change.
- During this period, our return policy may be valid in some countries and not in others. We apologize for this confusion, but it is a reflection of the fast-moving changes in policy. We request that all international customers email us before ordering until further notice so we may confirm that two-way package service is available.
- Please be advised that we cannot provide a refund without the return of the physical product. This does not apply to issues exchanges due to damage in transit (where insurance is present) or defects.
- You may change your mind and cancel your return at any time, up until the end of the extended return window.
During this period, keep the following in mind:
- If you plan to return your station, please keep it in a safe place. You are still responsible for returning the station in new, resellable condition unless it is defective.
- Please do not ship returns before the resumption of package service to the United States in your home country, and notification from us. Due to the sudden nature of this decision, a significant backlog of US-bound packages is currently present throughout the worldwide postal system. You will be given sufficient time to make your return.
