The best part is that you can send us photos via text, which can help us diagnose problems faster. While text support isn’t intended for complex issues, it may be a faster solution than email for basic questions and concerns.
We will also be introducing a support chatbot to the site in November, as well as equipping our support representatives with new tools to quickly scan the support documentation to find answers to even the most complex problems. We hope to open our voice support line later this year.
