We want to make sure that we’re providing the best support possible. However, directing all inbound email to a single address, whether for customer or technical support, has become a bit unwieldy. So we’re launching a separate email for tech support: te*********@*************er.com.
While it’s a slightly longer email to ensure there’s no confusion on its use, this email integrates with our internal systems, which creates tickets based on incoming mail. We don’t need such a system for our primary email; your order is essentially the “ticket.”
With the biggest part holiday rush now less than a week away, we wanted to make this change as early as possible. We hope this helps us better serve both our new and existing customers.
